As the global population ages and people live longer, healthier lives, the workforce is undergoing a profound transformation. The number of older workers is increasing, making today’s workforce more multigenerational than ever. At the same time, critical shortages in healthcare and direct care are growing, exacerbated by burnout, compassion fatigue, and shifting workforce expectations. New strategies are needed to recruit, retain, and support workers of all ages while providing quality care and fostering workplace well-being. This conference will explore:
  • Innovative responses to healthcare workforce challenges
  • Policies and practices that promote age-inclusive, multigenerational workplaces
  • Strategies to combat workplace age discrimination 
  • Approaches to addressing workforce well-being
  • Solutions to advance quality care in ALL communities 

Join us for the first four Friday mornings in October as we engage in thought-provoking discussions, share bold ideas, and explore practical solutions to shape the future of work in our aging world.
